We do not supply alcohol, clients are required to purchase alcohol separately.  We are happy to
supply a list of vendors for you to choose from. We will also work with you and guide you when
purchasing the kegs for your event!

Olive has a built-in custom 8' table perfect for Grazing. We can serve from 20-100+ guests.
Price for Grazing is based on your event needs.

"Olive" fits in spaces at least 14' long, 6' tall, and 7' wide. It’s a great addition to any event
and can even be indoors if the space allows.

Yes, we are happy to travel outside of the McHenry County area.
We do have a travel fee of $50/hr round trip drive time.
For events over 3 hours away we do also require lodging accommodations for our staff.

Our hourly rate of $300/hr (3 hr min), includes pre-event coordination, complete set-up & break
down, use of tap system (3 taps), BASSET certified Tap-tender, insurance coverage, disposable
drink-ware, and napkins.
Additional decor add-ons are available!

As soon as possible! Our 2023 event calendar is starting to fill up. We we require a 50% deposit to
reserve the trailer on your date. This deposit will go towards your final payment.
